Mattias musical journey began at a young age. With curiosity and playfulness he started to explore the musical possibilities of a piano. Discovering melodies, harmonies, finding new songs and characters has been the motor since then. An endless joy.

Between 2010-2015 Mattias attended the Academy of Music and Drama in Gothenburg, with a teacher’s degree in music and religion. During these years Mattias main focus gradually shifted from classical piano to composition.

The following years Mattias have continued deepen in composition. In 2022 he debuted with the album En bit i taget (eng. ”Piece by piece”).

Between High School and the University of Gothenburg, Mattias attended a two years theatre training. A scenic training that brought an intuitive understanding of story telling and the components that’s making a story alive.

Mattias music have been described as a crossover with a film-type touch.
